Yarn Preparation Before Weaving
Two-for-one twisting and warping equipment prepares yarn structure and warp beams before the loom stage, giving each fabric program a defined construction before weaving begins.
Water-jet and Air-jet Weaving
The weaving area handles synthetic woven fabrics used across Oxford cloth, tent fabric, luggage fabric and other technical textile applications.
Finishing Capability
Coating and printing equipment extend the woven base into finished fabric programs where surface treatment, color or printed design is part of the specification.
Raw Material Storage
Batch-based Material Staging
Yarn packages and fabric rolls are grouped to match production orders, reducing mix-ups between similar yarn counts, constructions and color programs before the next process starts.
Protected Handling Before Production
Covered storage and defined staging areas keep cones and rolls away from unnecessary handling, surface contamination and traffic before they are issued to the workshop.
Roll Packing and Identification
Finished fabric is kept in roll form for handling and dispatch, with order and batch references carried through packing so shipment groups remain identifiable.
Separate Finished-goods Staging
Completed rolls move away from incoming material storage and are staged by order before dispatch, keeping packed goods organized during shipment preparation.
Inspection Records Available
Batch inspection reports and test data can be supplied with an order when required.
Dispatch Check Before Loading
Shipment groups are matched to order documentation before they leave the staging area, keeping roll count and package identification aligned with the dispatch record.
Truck and Container Dispatch
Packaged rolls move from the finished-goods area to outbound loading for domestic transport or export shipment.
