OEM & ODM Fabric Manufacturing

Turn a drawing, specification sheet, approved swatch or finished-product requirement into a production-ready fabric program. OEM projects follow a defined construction and finish; ODM projects start from the application target and develop the fabric structure, treatment and approval sample around it.

Customizable Product Range

Tent and shelter fabric application

Tent & Shelter Fabrics

  1. Polyester or nylon constructions for fly, floor, roof and groundsheet programs.
  2. Waterproof, UV-reflective or blackout finishing selected by placement in the tent.
  3. Lightweight and heavier Oxford structures can be developed as separate fabric programs.
Coated fabric for vehicle cover applications

Car Cover Fabrics

  1. Oxford and taffeta bases for outdoor, indoor and fitted vehicle-cover lines.
  2. PU-coated or membrane-based structures can be configured for barrier and moisture-transfer targets.
  3. Soft inner-layer structures can be paired with the outer fabric for paint-contact applications.

Shade & Mesh Fabrics

  1. Mesh programs can be developed around required open area and shading level.
  2. Coated polyester programs can combine sun control with rain protection.
  3. Color and printed-surface requirements can be included in the approval specification.

Functional Fabrics

  1. Reflective, fluorescent and anti-static programs are separated by their required functional treatment.
  2. Base construction, treatment type and visual reference are confirmed before sampling.
  3. Performance acceptance is tied to the test requirement written into the order.

Custom Specifications

Fabric Construction

Define the base fabric through fiber type, yarn specification, weave structure, finished width, and fabric weight.

Functional Finishing

Select coating or finishing according to the required application, including PU, PVC or TPU coating, UV resistance, anti-static treatment, reflective treatment and other functional finishes.

Appearance & Performance Requirements

Confirm color or print reference, surface appearance and measurable performance requirements before production.

Start from the Information You Already Have

Drawing or Technical Sheet

Use a drawing or specification sheet when the target construction, dimensions, finish and performance requirements are already defined. The project is translated into a manufacturing specification for sampling.

Physical Swatch or Existing Fabric

Use a reference swatch when the target is easier to define by hand feel, construction and surface appearance. The reference is documented first, then a development sample is produced for side-by-side approval.

Application Requirement

For ODM projects without a finished specification, start with the product use, exposure conditions and required function. A base construction and finishing route are then proposed for sample evaluation.

Custom Process

Project Input

Submit the drawing, spec sheet, physical sample or application brief with target quantity.

Technical Review

Convert the project into a fabric construction, finishing route and order-specific acceptance list.

Sample Development

Prepare the selected construction and finish in a sample that can be checked against the target.

Sample Approval

Confirm the physical sample and written specification as the master reference for the order.

Production Run

Release production only after the approved construction, appearance and required test items are fixed.

Shipment Release

Close the order against inspection results, package identification and the agreed dispatch documents.

Packaging & Delivery

Finished Roll Length

The order can define the finished roll length before winding, keeping downstream cutting or converting plans aligned with the shipment.

Order & Batch Identification

Finished rolls carry batch identification that connects the shipment to the corresponding production and inspection records.

Dispatch Match

Roll count, packing information and shipment documents are matched before release so the dispatch group corresponds to the confirmed order.
