Manufacturing Capabilities
Jiangsu Shunbang Textile Technology Co., Ltd. runs a complete in-house chain covering spinning preparation, weaving, dyeing, coating and printing. The processes produce functional fabrics for tents, luggage, outdoor gear, workwear and protective applications on a 50-mu site equipped with water-jet looms, air-jet looms, coating machines and related finishing equipment.

Weaving & Base Fabric Production
Water-jet and air-jet looms weave polyester and nylon base fabrics in the densities and widths required for tent fly, tent floor, luggage and outdoor covers. Two-for-one twisters and warping machines prepare the yarn packages that feed the looms in continuous runs.
Greige fabric leaves the weaving hall with controlled tension and consistent construction, ready for the subsequent dyeing and coating stages on the same site.
Dyeing
Dyeing lines apply solid colours and base shades to the greige fabric before functional coating. Process parameters are recorded against each batch so that colour consistency is maintained across production lots destined for tent blackout, reflective and luggage fabrics.
The dyeing step is fully integrated with the coating sequence, eliminating intermediate transport and reducing handling marks.

Coating
Coating machines apply the functional layers that define the final performance of the fabric: waterproof and UV-resistant finishes for tent and car-cover materials, blackout coatings for tent interiors, reflective compounds for safety fabrics, and anti-static treatments for workwear and luggage.
Each coating formula is matched to the base fabric construction so that adhesion, weight and hand-feel meet the specification of the finished product.
Printing & Surface Finishing
Printing lines add logos, patterns or fluorescent markings required for specific tent, luggage and safety applications. Surface finishing steps stabilise the coated face and control residual solvent or moisture before the fabric enters inspection.
Only processes actually performed on site-printing and final surface treatment-are carried out here; no external sub-processes are claimed.

Inspection & Roll Finishing
Finished fabric is inspected for coating uniformity, colour match and dimensional stability. Rolls are measured, edge-trimmed where required and wound to the length specified by the order.
Each finished roll receives a batch label that links back to the weaving, dyeing and coating records, allowing full traceability through the production chain.
Packaging & Production Preparation
Inspected rolls are wrapped in protective film, secured on pallets and staged according to packing lists. Moisture-barrier packaging is applied for export orders destined for North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
The same area prepares domestic shipments for the Jiangsu–Zhejiang–Shanghai market, keeping order quantities and documentation aligned with the production schedule.
