Quality Control from Material Entry to Final Release

Inspection is tied to the confirmed order specification at each control point. Material identity, fabric construction, shade, finishing condition, functional performance, packing information and batch records are checked before the order moves to the next stage.

Incoming Material Inspection

Yarn, greige fabric and production inputs are checked before release to the workshop so a wrong lot, visible defect or specification mismatch does not continue into weaving or finishing.

Identity and lot check

Material type, lot reference and order allocation are matched before use.

Construction and appearance

Relevant items include yarn specification, greige width or weight, shade, contamination and visible surface irregularities.

Release before production

Materials that do not match the approved requirement are separated before entering the next process.

Pre-production Verification

The production setup is checked against the approved specification before continuous manufacturing starts, reducing the chance of repeating an incorrect construction, color or finish across a full batch.

Specification match

Fabric construction, target width and weight, color or print reference, and coating or lamination requirement are confirmed.

Reference sample check

The first production output is compared with the approved sample or confirmed visual standard before the run continues.

Test requirement lock-in

Required physical or functional tests are defined from the order specification before finished-goods inspection.

In-process Inspection

Checks continue while fabric moves through weaving and finishing so deviations can be corrected while the batch is still in production.

Fabric construction stability

Width, weight and woven appearance are reviewed at process checkpoints against the confirmed target.

Shade and finishing condition

Dyeing, printing, coating or lamination is checked for consistency, surface defects and obvious unevenness.

Corrective action before continuation

Deviations are isolated for adjustment or reprocessing before they are carried into the finished roll.

Finished Product Inspection

Finished rolls are checked against the order requirement for measurable specification, surface condition and the performance items tied to the fabric's intended function.

Dimensions & Appearance

Finished width, basis weight, shade, print registration, coating surface and visible roll defects are checked against the approved requirement.

Strength & Barrier Performance

Tensile, tear, hydrostatic-pressure or water-resistance checks are used when these properties are specified for the fabric.

Specified Functional Performance

Reflective, anti-static, UV or flame-retardant properties are verified to the test method stated for the order, with third-party testing used when external reporting is required.

Packing Inspection

Packing is checked as a separate control point so the accepted fabric is shipped with the correct quantity, identification and protection required by the order.

Quantity confirmation

Roll count and shipment quantity are matched with the packing record before dispatch preparation.

Label and batch match

Product identification, roll information and batch references are checked against the order.

Protective packing

Roll wrapping and the specified packing method are checked before the goods are closed for shipment.

Final Release

Shipment release takes place after finished-product and packing checks are complete. The release decision is based on the confirmed order specification and the inspection results for the corresponding batch.

Inspection result review

Accepted lots are released after the required checks are completed and recorded.

Order and batch alignment

Packing information and inspection references are kept consistent with the shipment group.

Test documentation

Batch inspection data and third-party test reports such as SGS can be provided when required for the order.
