Low Cost and Very Waterproof
PVC coated fabric is the choice for industrial tarps, awnings, pool liners, and inflatable castles. It has low cost and high water resistance. We use knife coating to bond PVC paste to the fabric. The base is 500D×500D oxford (170 g/m²). We add double sided knife coated PVC. Total thickness is 0.35 to 0.55mm. Finished weight is 380 to 550 grams per square meter. We call this product PVC Coated Oxford Fabric. It is tough and cheap.
