Highest Grade for Semiconductor Factories
Semiconductor and LCD panel factories need the highest ESD protection. The fabric must have very low static voltage and almost no particle shedding. We use microfiber polyester (75D/72F). The density is 220T. Carbon fibers are packed tightly at 5 per cm. Spacing is 0.2mm. Weight is 95 grams per square meter. We call this product Antistatic ESD Fabrics. It is for the most sensitive environments.

Sterilizable and Extremely Clean
This Antistatic ESD Fabrics can be steam sterilized at 121 degrees Celsius. After 20 cycles, it keeps over 90% of its ESD performance. The fabric has no silicone oil. It will not contaminate products. The particle shedding meets ISO Class 5 cleanroom standards. That is very clean. A semiconductor factory used to buy imported fabric. They tested ours and said the performance is the same. The price is 30% lower. They switched to us.
