Product Overview

Anti Static Lining Fabric is a polyester-filament lining with conductive carbon yarn woven into the construction. A typical version uses 100D × 100D polyester, a 5 mm conductive stripe, about 99% polyester / 1% conductive component and a finished weight near 110 g/m². It is used inside ESD coats, jackets, coveralls and cleanroom garments in electronics assembly, semiconductor-related work areas and other controlled environments where the lining itself must not become an isolated source of static charge.

Core Advantages

Integrated Conductive Network

The conductive carbon yarn is part of the weave rather than a surface-only treatment. On the listed construction, surface resistance is in the 10⁶-10⁷ Ω range, giving charge generated by garment movement a path through the fabric instead of allowing it to accumulate on the lining.

Low-Lint Lining Construction

The lining uses smooth filament yarn, which is well suited to garment interiors around sensitive components and controlled clean areas. Compared with hairier staple-fiber constructions, it sheds fewer loose fibers when the lining rubs against inner garments or moves with the wearer.

Wash-Resistant Conductive Performance

After 50 washes, the listed surface resistance remains below 10⁹ Ω. Because the conductive yarn is woven into the fabric, repeated laundering does not simply wash away the electrostatic function in the way a temporary surface finish might.

Customization Capability

Conductive Pattern

Conductive yarn can be arranged in 5 mm or 10 mm stripe or grid layouts. Spacing is selected according to the garment design and the required resistance behavior.

Polyester / Conductive Ratio

Polyester-filament versions can be produced around 99/1 or 98/2 polyester-to-conductive ratios. Yarn count and fabric weight are then adjusted to suit lining use.

Color Range

White, light blue and navy are available reference colors, and matched dyed shades can also be prepared. Production shade is approved against the submitted standard before the order is released.

Quality Control

Conductive-yarn position and spacing are checked across the full fabric width. A missing, broken or displaced conductive line is treated as a functional defect because it interrupts the intended dissipation path.
Surface-resistance results are reviewed together with fabric weight, weave and shade rather than as a separate electrical check. If the order includes a laundering benchmark, wash-retention testing is added to the release plan.
The fabric receives 100% visual inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted, and ESD test information can be supplied with the shipment when this has been agreed for the project.
