Anti Static and Flame Retardant Together

Some jobs need both. Oil and gas fields, explosive environments, and military special forces need garments that do not create sparks and also resist fire. We blend conductive fibers with flame retardant fibers. The blend is 88% modacrylic, 10% aramid (Nomex type), and 2% conductive fiber (P140). Weight is 240 grams per square meter. We call this product ESD Safe Fabric. It protects against two big risks.

After 50 washes, both the anti static and flame retardant properties still work.
