Anti Static Polyester Fabric is a lightweight conductive polyester material for cleanroom and ESD garments. A representative construction uses 100D × 100D polyester, a 5 mm carbon grid, about 98% polyester / 2% conductive component and a finished weight near 110 g/m². It is used for cleanroom gowns, caps, sleeves, gloves and light ESD workwear in electronics, optics, medical-device and other controlled production areas that need low-lint fabric with built-in static dissipation.

Quality Control
- Polyester yarn, conductive-yarn spacing and weave are checked before finishing. Inspection gives particular attention to broken carbon lines and density variation because both can change resistance across the fabric width.
- Electrical-resistance testing is carried out together with weight, shade and surface inspection. When laundering performance is part of the order, resistance is measured after the agreed wash sequence as well as on the unwashed fabric.
- Every shipment receives 100% inspection before packing. Independent third-party inspection can be arranged when required.
