100% Polyester for Cleanroom Use
Some cleanrooms need 100% polyester. It does not absorb moisture and does not shed lint. We use 75D×75D polyester filament plain weave. Density is 130×80 threads per inch. We embed 20D conductive carbon fiber in the warp at 10mm spacing. Weight is 110 grams per square meter. We call this product Anti Static Polyester Fabric. It is ideal for cleanroom gowns, caps, and gloves.

This Anti Static Polyester Fabric is very durable. We wash it 100 times. The surface resistance is still under 10⁹ ohms. The fabric resists acids and alkalis. It is good for chemical plants too. The abrasion test shows no holes after 500 cycles. The conductive carbon fiber contains no nickel. It meets REACH. The fabric is available in light blue, light yellow, and white.
