Outer Shell Fabric for Anti Static Workwear
This is not a lining. This is the outer fabric for anti static coats, coveralls, and lab coats. We use a T/C 65/35 polyester cotton blend. The yarn count is 21s×21s. The density is 108×58 threads per inch. We weave 20D/3f carbon conductive fiber in a 5mm grid. Weight is 210 grams per square meter. We call this product Anti Static Clothing Material. It is breathable, durable, and static free.

Breathable and Durable
This Anti Static Clothing Material is breathable. Workers do not feel stuffy. The fabric is strong. Tensile strength is 1200 Newtons in the warp. It will not tear easily. The carbon fiber grid is 5mm spacing. That gives good static protection. After 50 washes, the surface resistance is still under 10⁹ ohms. The fabric meets cleanroom Class 1000 standards. It does not shed particles.
