Non Static Clothing Material

Some work clothes do not need full ESD protection. They just need to stop the annoying static shock. We use an anti static finish for this product. The base is T/C 80/20 fine twill. Yarn count is 32s×32s. Density is 130×70. We apply a non ionic anti static agent by padding. Weight is 155 grams per square meter. We call this product Non Static Clothing Material. It costs much less than fabrics with conductive fibers.

This Non Static Clothing Material feels soft. It is more comfortable than fabrics with stiff conductive fibers. The finish does not change the color or the feel. You can use it for hotel uniforms, medical scrubs, or office wear. People will not get static shocks when they touch door handles or machines. The effect lasts through 20 washes. After that, about 70% of the anti static property remains. That is still enough for most daily use.
