Non Static Clothing Material

Non Static Clothing Material is a T/C 80/20 fine-twill uniform fabric with a non-ionic anti-static finish. The baseline construction uses 32s × 32s yarn, 130 × 70 density and a finished weight of about 155 g/m². It is intended for hotel uniforms, medical scrubs, office uniforms and general workwear where static cling and nuisance shocks need to be reduced without adding a visible conductive carbon grid.

Grid-Free Static Control

The non-ionic treatment is listed at surface resistance of 10¹⁰ Ω or below, static voltage below 500 V and half-life below 2 seconds. In dry indoor conditions, it reduces static buildup caused by contact with chairs, synthetic layers or door hardware while leaving the basic twill construction unchanged.

Lightweight Breathable Twill

The 80/20 polyester-cotton fabric weighs about 155 g/m² and has air permeability above 50 cm³/s/cm². It is lighter than heavy ESD workwear, which makes it better suited to full-shift service uniforms while retaining the appearance of a fine twill.

Wash-Retained Anti-Static Performance

More than 70% of the anti-static effect remains after 20 washes on the listed construction. This gives routine uniform programs a defined wash-life reference for the topical treatment instead of assuming the finish will perform indefinitely.

T/C Base Fabric

Uniform projects can use either 80/20 or 65/35 polyester-cotton bases. Yarn count, density and weight are adjusted for light or medium workwear requirements.

Anti-Static Finish Level

The concentration of the anti-static finish can be adjusted to the required general static-control level while keeping the selected hand, shade and air permeability within the approved range.

Color and Weave

Gray, blue and white are available reference colors, with matched solid shades in fine twill or related uniform weaves according to the approved sample.

• Yarn count, density, weight and shade are checked on the base fabric before anti-static finishing. This makes it possible to catch changes in the underlying uniform fabric before the chemical finish is applied.
• Finish pickup is checked across the width for uniformity, followed by electrical-resistance testing and wash-retention testing when required. Shade, hand and visible streaking are reviewed at the same time because uneven application can affect both appearance and anti-static performance.
• Finished material receives 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted when it is included in the order.
