Three Layer Fabric to Protect Your Car
Cars parked outside face rain, sun, bird droppings, and dust. A good car cover needs to block all of these. We use a three layer structure. The outer layer is 210D polyester oxford with PU coating. It blocks water and resists dirt. The middle layer is a microporous PE breathable membrane. The pores are 0.2 microns wide. Water cannot go through, but air can. Breathable to Prevent Mold and Soft on Paint
This Waterproof Car Cover Material lets moisture escape from under the cover. If a car cover is not breathable, condensation builds up. That can cause mold and damage the paint. Our middle layer membrane lets water vapor out. So your car stays dry. The inner flannel layer is very soft. It has low hardness. It will not scratch the clear coat. The outer layer has a water contact angle over 120 degrees. Water beads up and rolls off. Oil and dirt wipe off easily with a wet cloth. We also test UV aging. After 500 hours of QUV, the fabric keeps over 85% of its strength. It will last for years.
