Works in Cold Weather and Resists Wear
This Nylon Tarp Material performs well in cold conditions. We test it at minus 30 degrees Celsius. The fabric bends without any cracks. That is important for winter use. The abrasion resistance is also good. We run an H18 wheel with 1000 grams of load for 500 cycles. The weight loss is only 0.4 grams. The fabric does not wear through quickly. You can heat seal the edges or use high frequency welding. The weld peel strength is at least 6 Newtons per centimeter. That means the seams stay closed. We also offer a flame retardant version. It meets the CPAI-84 standard. The fabric stops burning when the flame is gone. QUV aging tests show that after 500 hours, the fabric keeps over 85% of its strength. So it will last for years of outdoor use.
