Key Advantages
Moisture Barrier for Ground Contact
The 0.15 mm PEVA layer is rated to 10,000 mm H₂O water resistance. On wet grass, damp soil, or rain-soaked ground, it acts as the floor barrier between the surface below and equipment, furniture, or foot traffic inside the shelter.
Anchoring Strength at Tension Points
The 600D Oxford base reaches 2000 N warp and 1800 N weft tensile strength, and each eyelet is specified for 300 N pull strength. These values matter at corners and side fixing points, where stakes and ropes place concentrated loads on the sheet in windy conditions.
Wear Resistance on Rough Surfaces
With an H18 abrasion wheel, a 1000 g load, and 500 cycles, the material is rated as having no hole. That gives the ground sheet a defined abrasion reference for paving, compacted soil, gravel edges, and repeatedly walked entrance areas.
Customization
Size & Shape
The current reference size is 2 m×2 m. Square or rectangular sheets can also be cut to the internal footprint of gazebos, canopies, market shelters, or event structures.
Eyelets & Edge Construction
Eyelet quantity, spacing, and position can be set to the anchoring plan. Bound edges, reinforced corners, and additional fixing points can be added where larger floor areas or wind-exposed installations need them.
Branding & Accessories
Solid colors, logo printing, carry-bag presentation, and project-specific labeling can be prepared for retail, rental, or gazebo accessory orders.
Quality Control
- The finished ground sheet is checked against a 600D×600D Oxford base, 220 g/m² finished weight, and 0.15 mm PEVA thickness. These are the core material controls for the current construction.
- Acceptance values include 10,000 mm H₂O water resistance to ISO 811 and 2000 N warp / 1800 N weft tensile strength to ISO 1421. Eyelet pull strength is 300 N. Abrasion is rated as no hole after H18 / 1000 g / 500 cycles, strength retention is more than 85% after 500 h QUV aging, and mold resistance is Grade 0 to ISO 846.
- Every completed sheet receives 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is also accepted before shipment when the order calls for it.
