Industrial Grade for Large Tents and Shelters
This product is for big jobs. Large span tents, carports, container covers, and military shelters need very strong fabric. We use 1000D polyester grid cloth as the base. The grid has 5mm spacing between the reinforcement threads. The base weight is 360 grams per square meter. We add double sided calendered PVC. The total thickness is 0.55mm. The finished weight is 680 grams per square meter. This fabric is like a flexible sheet of armor. It stands up to high winds, heavy snow, and rough handling. We call this product PVC Coated Tent Fabric. It is built to last for years in harsh conditions.

Long Life, Weldable, and Fire Resistant
This PVC Coated Tent Fabric is very durable. We test it with 2,000 hours of xenon arc aging. That is like three years of outdoor use. The fabric keeps over 80% of its strength. It does not crack at minus 30 degrees Celsius. You can weld it with high frequency welding machines. The weld peel strength is 18 Newtons per centimeter. That means the seams will not come apart under tension. The fabric also resists mold. We add anti mold agents. It stays clean and odor free. The flame retardant version meets DIN 4102 B1 and NFPA 701 standards. It is safe for public events.
