Reinforced Structure for High Panel Loads
The 1000D×1000D polyester grid reaches 4000 N warp and 3800 N weft tensile strength, with 350 N warp tear strength. Those values provide the material reference for large roof panels that see wind suction, snow load, repeated tensioning, and handling around seams, corners, and attachment zones.
Heavy Double-Sided Weather Barrier
A 0.55 mm PVC build gives a finished weight of 680 g/m² and 15,000 mm H₂O water resistance. The double-sided coating protects both sides of the textile base during long outdoor exposure in semi-permanent shelters, rental structures, and covers.
Fabrication Stability in Cold Conditions
High-frequency weld peel strength is 18 N/cm, and the material shows no cracking at -30°C. The coating can be welded during fabrication and still remain workable when panels are bent or tensioned during cold-weather installation and dismantling.

Weight & Construction
Lighter or heavier PVC-coated polyester constructions are available for sidewalls, roofs, storage halls, transport covers, and other structural-fabric uses. Base scrim and coating weight are selected according to panel load.
Color & Surface
Color can be matched to solid RAL/Pantone-style references. Matte or gloss finishes, printable surfaces, and acrylic/PVDF-type topcoat directions can also be specified for branding, cleaning requirements, and outdoor exposure.
Performance & Fabrication
Available directions include flame-retardant, UV, anti-mildew, cold-resistant, and weld-optimized constructions. Roll dimensions, keder zones, reinforced edges, and other downstream fabrication requirements can be incorporated into the order specification.
Quality Control
- The production reference is a 1000D×1000D polyester grid with 5 mm reinforcement spacing, 360 g/m² base weight, a 0.55 mm double-sided PVC build, and 680 g/m² finished weight.
- Acceptance values include 15,000 mm H₂O water resistance to ISO 811, 4000 N warp / 3800 N weft tensile strength to ISO 1421, 350 N warp tear strength to ASTM D1424, and no cracking at -30°C to ISO 4675. The specification also requires more than 80% strength retention after 2,000 h xenon aging, DIN 4102 B1 and NFPA 701 flame-retardant ratings, 18 N/cm high-frequency weld peel strength, and Grade 0 mold resistance to ISO 846.
- Finished rolls are inspected 100% before packing. Third-party inspection can be carried out before shipment when required.
