Lighter Single-Side PVC Construction

Finished weight is 280 g/m², based on a 170 g/m² 500D polyester fabric with a 0.3 mm coating on one side. Compared with heavy double-coated structural membranes, this construction is easier to handle in tents that are folded into bags, moved between events, or assembled by consumers.

Waterproof Strength for Repeated Outdoor Setup

Water resistance is 10,000 mm H₂O, with tensile strength of 1800 N warp and 1600 N weft. The coated panel blocks rain during repeated outdoor setup, while the 500D base carries load around poles, guy lines, and sewn connection points.

Weldable Coating with Cold Flexibility

High-frequency weld peel strength is 12 N/cm, and the coating shows no cracking at -20°C. Fabricators can make sealed panel joints, and the finished tent remains workable for folding, transport, and installation in cooler conditions.

Base Fabric & Weight

Adjacent Oxford deniers and coating weights can be selected for lighter promotional tents or heavier recreational shelter panels. Fabric body and finished weight are set according to how the tent will be folded, carried, and set up.

Color & Surface

The current line includes standard colors, with project-matched colors, matte or gloss surfaces, and printed branding available for tent collections and promotional structures.

Cutting & Hardware

Custom cut sizes, edge binding, eyelets, reinforcement patches, and roll dimensions can be prepared to the panel layout or downstream assembly process.

Quality Control

Production checks use a 500D×500D polyester base, 48T×48T density, 170 g/m² base weight, a 0.3 mm single-side PVC coating, and 280 g/m² finished weight as the material reference for this tent fabric.
Acceptance values include 10,000 mm H₂O water resistance, 1800 N warp / 1600 N weft tensile strength, no cracking at -20°C, more than 85% strength retained after 300 h QUV aging, 12 N/cm high-frequency weld peel strength, and Grade 0 mold resistance. CPAI-84 is the listed flame-retardant option when that version is required.
Finished fabric is inspected 100% before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted before shipment when required.
