The 600D base reaches 2500 N warp and 2300 N weft tensile strength, with 1200D reinforcement at corners and stress points and 120 N warp tear strength. The reinforcement is concentrated around hinge zones, roof corners, ladder-side attachments, and tensioned panel edges where repeated pulling and vibration can cause local damage.

Built for Repeated Folding Cycles

After 5,000 mechanical folds, the coating shows no cracks and the fabric retains more than 85% of its strength. That test condition reflects the repeated crease movement created when a roof tent is opened and collapsed throughout its service life.

Weather Protection During Camp and Transit

The fabric provides 20,000 mm H₂O water resistance, passes a 120 km/h wind-tunnel condition, and remains crack-free at -30°C. These values cover the main weather stresses the material faces during heavy rain at camp, cold-weather packing, and airflow around a secured vehicle-mounted tent system.

Coating Options

TPU or PVC double-sided coating can be selected according to hydrolysis resistance, surface feel, odor requirement, cost target, and the downstream welding method. Coating build is then set to the finished tent design.

Reinforcement & Panels

1200D reinforcement can be positioned at hinge zones, corners, ladder-side loads, and other stress areas. Cut panels and reinforcement patches can be prepared from the approved drawing or sample.

Color, Branding & Conversion

Options include solid colors, project-matched shades, logo printing, roll goods, cut-and-sew conversion, and finished-tent assembly for roof-top tent brands and OEM programs.
