Extreme Strength for Industrial Use
This fabric is for industrial tents, military shelters, and large party tents. It can handle extreme wind and snow loads. We use 2000D yarn for this product. The base is 2000D high strength low shrinkage polyester. Density is 30T×30T. Weight is 650 grams per square meter. We add double sided calendered PVC film. Total thickness is 0.65mm. We add UV stabilizers and anti mold agents. We call this Heavy Duty Tent Material. It is like a flexible shield.

Resists Chemicals, Fire, and Long Term Sun
This Heavy Duty Tent Material sits in 10% sulfuric acid for 24 hours. No change. Same for 10% sodium hydroxide. It also resists fire. The flame retardant version meets NFPA 701 and DIN 4102 B1. After 3000 hours of xenon aging, it keeps over 80% strength. That is three years of outdoor use. The PVC surface allows high frequency welding. Weld peel strength is high. This is good for large span tents.
