Key Advantages

High Structural Strength with 20,000 mm Water Resistance

The Key Data Table specifies 2000D high-strength polyester at 30T x 30T and 650 g/m2. Tensile strength is 5,500 N warp / 5,000 N weft, tear strength is 400 N / 350 N, and water resistance is 20,000 mm H2O. These figures are aimed at large roof and wall panels that have to carry wind, snow or high seam tension while keeping rain out.

0.65 mm PVC with -40 C Flexibility

The fabric has 0.65 mm double-sided PVC and shows no cracking at -40 C. The table also records no visible change after 24-hour exposure to 10% acid/alkali. That gives buyers separate data points for cold flexing and limited acid/alkali exposure instead of treating chemical resistance as a general claim.

Long-Exposure Outdoor and Safety Performance

After 3,000 hours of xenon aging, strength retention is above 80%. Flame-retardant performance is listed to NFPA 701 and DIN 4102 B1, and mold resistance is Grade 0 under ISO 846. For structures installed outdoors for weeks or months, these are separate fabric-level controls for sunlight exposure, fire performance and mold resistance.

Customization Capability

Heavy Fabric Construction

Base-yarn construction, weave density and finished weight can be matched to an approved specification for a large-shelter project.

PVC and Surface Finish

Double-sided PVC build, surface texture, color and welding requirements can be set during project sample approval.

Safety and Graphics

Flame-retardant requirements, identification graphics, printed markings and finished-panel preparation can be included in the confirmed specification.

Quality Control

  • Quality control on the base fabric covers yarn construction, weave density, finished weight and PVC thickness against the approved production standard.
  • The production test plan follows the Key Data Table and the project specification. It can include tensile strength, tear strength, water resistance, low-temperature flexibility, chemical resistance, xenon aging, flame retardancy and mold resistance.
  • Every finished roll is checked for PVC continuity, bubbles, pinholes, shade variation, edge damage, usable length, labels and packing condition before shipment. Independent third-party inspection can be accepted when required.

Products Description

Q: Can I receive a sample before ordering?

A: Yes. Regular product samples can be provided free of charge.

Q: How is the production lead time determined?

A: Production lead time is confirmed once the fabric construction, PVC build, color, printing and functional requirements are finalized.

Q: Can fuel or strong-solvent resistance be assumed from the acid/alkali result?

A: No. The 10% acid/alkali result does not establish fuel or strong-solvent resistance. Compatibility has to be tested separately for the actual chemical and concentration.

Q: Do the flame-retardant and mold-resistance results certify the complete finished tent?

A: No. Those are fabric-level results. Compliance of the complete finished tent has to be assessed separately.
