Built Specifically to Block Water Effectively
This product is different from our regular nylon tarp. It focuses more on water blocking. We use a single side PVC coating. PVC gives higher water resistance than PU. This tarp is good for covering trucks, protecting building materials, and making temporary roof repairs. The base is 210D nylon 66 oxford. The base weight is 80 grams per square meter. We add a single side knife coated PVC layer. The PVC thickness is 0.22mm. The finished weight is 140 grams per square meter. This tarp is thicker and more waterproof than our PU coated version. We call this product Nylon Tarps Waterproof. It keeps your goods dry even in heavy rain.

Anti Slip Surface and Chemical Resistance
This Nylon Tarps Waterproof has a matte surface. The friction coefficient is over 0.5. That means it does not slide off a truck easily. You do not have to worry about the tarp slipping away during transport. We also test its chemical resistance. We put the fabric in 10% sulfuric acid for 24 hours. No change. We put it in 10% sodium hydroxide for 24 hours. Also no change. So this tarp works well in industrial environments. We add anti mold agents to the PVC. The mold resistance grade is 0. No mold grows. You can leave the tarp in wet conditions without smell or rot. You can also heat seal the edges. The peel strength is 10 N/cm. The seal stays strong. UV aging tests show that after 500 hours, the fabric keeps over 80% of its strength. It lasts for years.
