Fresh Air In, Bugs Out
Tent windows need a screen. Without it, bugs come inside. With a screen that is too tight, air cannot flow. We use high density polyester mesh for this product. The yarn is 0.22mm thick. The mesh opening is 0.8mm by 0.8mm. That is about 20 mesh. The open area is 60%. Weight is only 38 grams per square meter. We call this Tent Window Screen Fabric. It is very light. Your tent does not get heavy.

Anti Static and Long Lasting
We add an anti static treatment to this Tent Window Screen Fabric. Dust does not stick easily. The yarn color fastness is grade 6. It does not fade after long sun exposure. We test abrasion with H10 wheel and 1000 grams load for 1000 cycles. The result is only light fuzzing. No broken threads. The screen resists tears from normal branches. We offer edge binding and custom cutting. We can make finished window screens or sell roll goods.
