The roof faces the sun all day. Normal fabric makes a tent feel like an oven. We use three layers for this product. The top has silver coating. It reflects sunlight. The middle is a 0.5mm micro foam layer. It stops heat from moving down. The inside has aluminum foil. It reflects leftover heat back up. The outside is 200D polyester oxford. We call this Tent Roof Material. It keeps you comfortable on hot days.

Quieter and Easier to Clean
The three layers also reduce noise. At 500 Hz, sound absorption is 20% higher than single layer fabric. Rain sounds softer inside. The surface resists dirt. Mud and tree sap wipe off with a wet cloth. This Tent Roof Material meets OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Tear strength is 120N in the warp and 100N in the weft.
