Air Tight Fabric for Fast Setup Tents

Inflatable tents do not use poles. Air beams hold the shape. So the fabric must hold air pressure without leaking. We use 600D oxford for this product. It gives high strength and high air tightness. The base is 600D polyester oxford. Density is 64T×64T. Weight is 210 grams per square meter. Coating is thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) on both sides. Total thickness is 0.25mm. Air beam seams use high frequency welding. We call this Oxford Cloth Inflatable Tent fabric.

No Smell and Good for the Environment

We use polyether type TPU. It resists hydrolysis better than polyester type. This Oxford Cloth Inflatable Tent fabric has no plasticizers. There is no bad smell. It meets environmental requirements. At minus 30 degrees, it folds without cracks. It resists mold. High frequency weld peel strength is good. Seams do not come apart under pressure. We also offer a flame retardant version that meets BS 7837.
