The outer layer is 300D polyester oxford with white PU coating. The middle is polyether TPU breathable membrane, 0.02mm thick. Polyether TPU resists hydrolysis better than polyester TPU. The inner layer is 20D knitted fabric. It is very soft. Total weight is 210 grams per square meter. We call this product Waterproof Car Cover Fabric. Keeps Paint Dry and Prevents Condensation
This Waterproof Car Cover Fabric has a breathability of 8000 grams per square meter per 24 hours. That is very high. Any moisture under the cover will escape. The paint stays dry. No mold or bubbles. The outer layer blocks 99.5% of UV rays. The car's paint will not fade. The inner knitted fabric is soft like a fleece. It will not scratch even a delicate paint job. The TPU membrane is polyether type. It lasts much longer than polyester TPU in hot and humid conditions. We test it at 70 degrees for 168 hours. It keeps over 90% of its strength.
