Suitable for direct printing on large-format inkjet printers and outdoor photo printers.

Suitable for solvent-based PVC inks (also known as oil-based inks).

Do not use indoor photo printers or water-based inks.

Reflective effects can be achieved using ordinary solvent-based inks; using finely processed inks can enhance the reflective effect.

Adjust the printhead height appropriately according to the thickness of the crystal grid to avoid rubbing against the printhead.

When using an inkjet printer equipped with a heating and drying device, lower the heating temperature and ink output appropriately to avoid abnormal phenomena such as bubbles. (Bubbles do not affect reflectivity or image quality).

After printing, allow it to dry slightly before proceeding with other printing tasks. Drying time depends on the amount of ink, printing precision, and ambient humidity. Higher ink volume, higher printing precision, and higher ambient humidity will require a longer drying time.

Ensure the crystal grid surface is clean and free of debris before printing.

Do not touch the printed area directly with your hands to avoid leaving marks.

During the printing process, please pay attention to any misalignment or deviation that may occur, and manually monitor and adjust accordingly.
