The fabric uses a 300D × 300D Oxford construction at 300 g/m² (±5 g). The dense base gives large pergola panels enough body for cutting and sewing, including panels held under frame tension or opened and closed repeatedly in retractable systems.

UPF 50+ UV Protection
The canopy grade is rated UPF 50+ with UVA transmittance below 1%. On pergolas and terrace roofs exposed during peak summer hours, the opaque construction sharply reduces ultraviolet transmission through the roof.

3,000 mm Hydrostatic Resistance
Hydrostatic resistance reaches 3,000 mm H₂O. On a correctly sloped pergola roof, the coating prevents rain from penetrating the main roof panel and keeps the area below protected during repeated rainfall.

Quality Control

For each order, staff verify the confirmed Oxford construction and use the approved sample where applicable. Basis weight, surface condition, and overall fabric consistency are compared with the agreed specification using inspection equipment.
Orders with defined UV protection or hydrostatic resistance requirements are checked against the confirmed product specification. For converted panels, staff also compare dimensions and fixing layout with the approved drawing.
Every finished roll or converted panel is inspected before packing. The 100% check covers appearance, edge condition, dimensions, and conversion accuracy. An independent third-party shipment check is accepted when required.
